Why We Do It This Way
Meet Our Founder
South Sky is led by Adam Ingleson, whose 40-year path into construction started somewhere unexpected — a law firm, with LSAT prep on the horizon, before a chance connection to a construction company in Hawaii sent him toward framing homes his father, an architect, was designing. What began as long days of framing and cabinetry work turned into a lifelong career: custom home construction, subdivision development, large-scale multifamily renovation, and everything in between — clubhouses, pools, historic building conversions, and full residential remodels across Marietta, Alpharetta, Smyrna, Decatur, and Buckhead.
Adam founded South Sky to bring that experience directly to homeowners, and he remains personally involved in every project the company takes on — from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.
